And since 19th century tea towels are very famous.. I also like different types of tea towels like Plain Dyed Towels, Embroidered Towels, Jacquard Towels Design, Embroidered Towels for Kitchen. Though I've had many entrepreneurial ideas for her over the years I don't think she'd do it :) She was a professional embroiderer for 30 years and is retired so I think she just does it for family. Have you ever checked out House 8810? They have a lot of vintage inspired products and have a bunch of really cute tea towels. I just looked this morning and they even have "days of the week" towels. The picture is only stamped but they have a cute crocheted trim.
http://house8810.com/Product.aspx?StockNumber=1051.07220

Then, Anthropologie actually has embroidered tea towels. They are gorgeous! Expect to pay over $20 per towel though whereas House 8810 you can get a set for just over $20.

http://www.anthropologie.com/anthro/catalog/category.jsp?pageName=Dishtowels&popId=HOME&navAction=middle&navCount=7&pushId=HOME-KITCHEN&id=HOME-KITCHEN-DISHTOWELS-DISH

Hope that helps!Monique Willmshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14472700105725029976noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-556447827792944342.post-8422632315276055752012-01-08T18:57:19.869-08:002012-01-08T18:57:19.869-08:00Any chance she sells on etsy? My mother is a nut about collecting and giving and using embroidered linens such as these . . . and has a birthday coming up in February. :) youngestoftwelve@gmail.comDiane Ariashttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04243483259060628345noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-556447827792944342.post-2554653083641252902012-01-07T20:08:53.097-08:002012-01-07T20:08:53.097-08:00Thanks so much!
